I don't recommend this book for readers who haven't read LotM (Lord of the Mysteries) there are major spoilers for LotM in the 32 chapters that have been released!!!! (just my opinion)

If I’m not mistaken the mc from book 3 will be an elf from the western (I think) continent I could be wrong tho but I’ve seen people say cuttlefish confirmed this

*pats* you poor soul *schadenfreude grin* lol. Though I do believe that if you continue to read you would like it? But well to each one his own huh? I respect that you can hold your opinions in the middle of us heretics haha. Yeah, I do agree tho that the start can be quite slow paced but some little birds told me chap 32 has a big surprise. If one day you felt like continuing this, maybe you would like it hmm? Well sorry and all the best for all the abuse you would face. *pats again*

To those who have read the first 20-30 chapters, what's your impression? The first part had an incredibly strong start which really hooked me in. Although, I have to say the ending was weak and disconnected but that's just my opinion.

To me it was probable conclusion you need to put some realism in endings 🥴

Don’t know if this is spoiler as this is my second comment ever but I’ll turn it on just in case and try to answer. IMO this second book starts off waaay stronger. As in already in this 32 chapters we’ve already seen 3 fight scenes, got glimpses into different aspects of whats happening in the world (mysticism wise) and met great characters (not that the 1st book wasn’t like this, but it still feels faster pace then the first). The new MC is similar yet different to Klein. Ofc after 1400 chapters I cannot say the new mc is better then Klein but his settings is just as interesting and leaves you yearning to find out his story. Overall, I think it is a great continuation already, and there is so much more to see and so much more for us readers to enjoy. I mean officially the tarot club and the church of the fool still hasn’t been mentioned, so without a doubt that will turn up everything to 12.
