I read it many years ago... at the time it seemed very good... sometimes it makes me want to read it again but it's so long that they go away... Although I admit that I read Coiling Dragon (let's call it a prequel) for the 2nd time in a couple of weeks lol

Can someone tell me when will the stone merge with the mc? Until now there is nothing about it

A must read if you've read Coiling Dragon. But its terribly long. I remember legit skipping a volume cause i couldn't believe they were giving these side characters any limelight. I feel as if I missed nothing. Vol 1-5 were good, dicy up till 10. Then its dogshit till like 13, then its smooth. The final few volumes were good imo.

I felt like stellar transformation has a stupid ignorant mc especially how he readily ignores the girl ( i dont remember her name ) odd points and clues that signifies that she is at least from some super big deal clan that put his to shame and acts like the hero that saves the girl all in all i didnt like her addition to the novel it was fine and dandy when he was alone she is just too much baggage and trouble to push the plot forward

Reading in present tense really threw me off, couldn't read very far because I couldn't get used to it. Its a small detail but made the whole reading experience a lot more challenging, much like how in Coiling Dragon everyone just keeps "laughing calmly." Maybe I'll try again when the mood strikes.
